Who we are
LendFirst Ltd (“LendFirst”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the information you provide in your bridging finance application.

Why we collect your data
We process your personal and financial data to:

• Assess your application and eligibility for finance
• Conduct credit, fraud, and anti-money laundering checks
• Verify your identity and source of funds
• Manage your loan agreement, security, and repayments
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Who we share data with
We may share your information with:

• Credit reference and fraud prevention agencies
• Solicitors, valuers, surveyors, and brokers involved in your transaction
• HMRC, regulators, and law enforcement if required
• IT, hosting, and compliance service providers supporting our business

How long we keep data
We retain borrower data for at least 6 years after the end of our relationship, or longer if required by law.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Complaints may be raised with the ICO (www.ico.org.uk).
